What will the apprentice be doing?
With insurance claims, you never know what to expect next. It’s what makes working here so rewarding. You need your wits about you to analyse and weigh the unique facts of each case then use your skill and judgement to decide on the right course of action. You’ll join one of our Claims teams in a busy contact centre environment. As well as speaking to customers on the phone, your might find yourself reviewing cases, talking to third-party suppliers or supporting our anti-fraud activities.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We support you to attain the valuable Level 3 Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute with:
- An allocated Talent Coach who will guide you through the programme
- Dedicated study time of 3-4 hours each work at your office location
- Masterclasses and tutor led revision sessions
- CII study books and bespoke e-learning materials
- Buddy and senior leader mentors
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You will have a full time position at RSA from day 1 and we will encourage you to go further with studying and gaining higher level quaifications.
