Job Description

We are looking for a Chocolatier to join our team.


Duties Include:

  • Ensure the core flavours are in stock
  • Grind, temper and mould each flavour weekly
  • Follow the recipes for each flavour and ensure each chocolate bar is made to standard
  • Wrap the chocolates and ensure the boxes are constantly filled with chocolate
  • Support in production of seasonal chocolates
  • Christmas/Easter etc : support in creating the chocolates as per the stated recipes
  • Support in helping to create new recipes and samples
  • We adopt a continuous improvement process where we work to improve flavours based on customer feedback
  • Production Assistant
  • During the day lead and/or support with any chocolate making for online, wholesale or retail order
  • Assist with cleaning chocolate making equipment and unit space to ensure efficient production of chocolate

Qualifications Required

Grades c (4) or above in maths and English is an advantage but not essential. This will be assessed at the start of the qualification
