Our apprentice will receive excellent training and supervision with the opportunity for ongoing development. They will assist our management & their team in the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through appropriate methods of care and education in a secure setting. Working hours will be 30 per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide general assistance to the Team Leader and Manager for the care of children entrusted to this setting
  • To prepare and design engaging and creative activities with the children to spark inspiration
  • To assist in general administration and relevant activities contributing to the efficient running of the site
  • Keep all areas clean and tidy
  • To report any accidents or Incidents
  • To enrol and engage in the Ofsted-recognized apprenticeship
  • Follow & maintain safeguarding standards and procedures
  • To ensure the highest standards of health & safety, welfare and safeguarding at all times
