Job Description

Excellent opportunity to work alongside a 2-rosette chef, preparing and cooking meals


The role involves

  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
  • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
  • Assisting other Chefs
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Cleaning stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

You will be working alongside our 2-rosette chef, you will complete a full apprenticeship (commis chef level 2), our fully trained staff will also be giving you full training throughout and there will be excellent career opportunities for the right person.
