Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post
- Face to face customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Customer invoicing
- Maintaining and managing medical records
- Supplier liaison and reconciliation
- Monitoring e-mails
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Qualifications Required
Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Training Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
