We're looking for a proactive and ambitious candidate to join Sadler's Wells' team as their new Campaign Marketing Admin Apprentice. Throughout your time with Sadler's, you will be working on campaign admin duties.


Campaign planning

  • Participating in departmental brainstorming sessions
  • Assisting with campaign set up for new seasons
  • Organising reciprocal email and social media swaps with other venues
  • Researching suitable event opportunities for print distribution
  • Setting up digital marketing campaign tags

Campaign delivery

  • Creating e-flyers and digital banners, and resizing images using Photoshop for ticket agents,, emails and online advertising Assisting with building emails for our eCRM campaigns, using Wordfly 
  • Co-ordinating poster mailings, and in-house customer direct mail campaigns
  • Assisting with setting up partnership events

General administration

  • Collating weekly print ad cuttings
  • Market research
  • Dealing with requests for ticket donations from charitable organisations and events Collecting and dealing with daily post for the department Undertaking office administration as required
  • Filing, faxing and emails
  • Answering phone calls
  • General admin duties

Future Prospects

After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills, including written and interpersonal
  • Good level of computer literacy, with specific experience of working with MS
    Word and Excel, Photoshop Adobe, and the aptitude to learn new systems
  • Good organisational skills, with ability to work flexibly under pressure, to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Numeracy skills, with the ability to understand and analyse figures

Qualities Required

  • Inquisitive, pro-active and able to act on own initiative
  • Attention to detail

Qualifications Required

Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including maths and English or equivalents

  • Training on the 18-month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship
