What will the apprentice be doing?
You’ll be supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) team and providing and administrative service to employees, managers, and the wider L&D function. You can also expect to respond to customer needs and ensure customer service is effective, as well as identifying, sourcing and booking L&D solutions on a need-by-need basis. Alongside the L&D business partner and advisors you will support, implement, and deliver L&D projects and report back on them.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
During your time at Kier you’ll also study for a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, giving you the skills and knowledge to succeed in an L&D environment.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You can expect to explore further opportunities within the business and specifically within the Learning and Devlopment team, you may even have the opportunity to study for further qualifications.
