What will the apprentice be doing?
This apprenticeship role will lead to achievement of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Training, support, and development will be provided in order to help you progress towards full competence across the required range of activities.
Duties:
- Answer general enquiries by phone and email
- Seek quotes for purchases
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Keep the Hospice contracts database up to date
- Develop system for stocktaking
- To provide support for meetings
- To record data using Microsoft excel
- To be first point of contact for external contractors - greeting them in a polite and professional manner
