Job Description

Keech Hospice Care are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Business Support Apprentice. If you are passionate about making a difference, this role will give you the scope to do just that.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

This apprenticeship role will lead to achievement of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Training, support, and development will be provided in order to help you progress towards full competence across the required range of activities.

Duties:

  • Answer general enquiries by phone and email
  • Seek quotes for purchases
  • Raise Purchase Orders 
  • Keep the Hospice contracts database up to date
  • Develop system for stocktaking
  • To provide support for meetings
  • To record data using Microsoft excel
  • To be first point of contact for external contractors - greeting them in a polite and professional manner
