What will the apprentice be doing?
This role as a Business Administration apprentice gives you exposure to a whole host of fundamental business processes and gives you the chance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive them through to a successful outcome. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will understand core business process, across most functions within the business and how they all interact, to deliver great outcomes for our customers. In addition, there will be opportunities to work on major technology upgrade projects, including in our robotic process automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
- You will do a blended approach between the course provider and our Business Service specialists
- You will be on day release
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
