Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to be a professional for direct customer support across everything we do. You will be an advocate of high quality customer service, acting as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

 Our services span a broad array of activities, from buying, selling, delivery, management information, finance and accounting and employee related services, to general business administration. We’re transforming our ways of working, through investment in new technology, including robotic process automation, cloud-based tools and data analytics.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will develop expertise in the full range of UKBS capabilities to provide guidance to our customers, and collaborate with our functional specialists to identify and deliver improvements to our services.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

 By the end of your apprenticeship, you will understand core business process, across most functions within QinetiQ and how they all interact, to deliver great outcomes for our customers.
