Job Description

This is a 4 year Level 6 Chartered Manager apprenticeship where you will be working alongside and in some instances leading colleagues from across UK Business Services in order to deliver tangible improvements and new ways of working to benefit our service delivery and ways of operating.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Business Services is QinetiQ’s newest function that sits at the heart of business operations, offering business enablement and support services. Our services span a broad array of activities, from buying, selling, delivery, management information, finance and accounting, employee and IT related services, to general business administration. We’re transforming our ways of working, through investment in new technology, including robotic process automation, cloud-based tools and data analytics.

This is a 4 year Level 6 Chartered Manager apprenticeship where you will be working alongside and in some instances leading colleagues from across UK Business Services in order to deliver tangible improvements and new ways of working to benefit our service delivery and ways of operating.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Graduate with BA (Hons) Business Management & Leadership
  • You will do a blended approach between our Business Operation specialists and the course provider.
  • Day & block release is available

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

You will graduate with a full time position within our Business Operations team, in which a career path will be designed based on personal and business need.
