About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to further their career within a small commercial team. This is the first role within the business and we are looking for someone that is excited by this challenge and wants to help not only grow but shape the processes of the business that they are a part of. We have big plans for growth and want someone to join the company early on and grow with us on this exciting journey!

Working closely with the Managing Director, who leads commercial development, you will drive the outbound lead generation process and work on different kinds of lead generation:

  • Reach out to prospective landlords to identify their current situation and needs
  • Position our services where possible
  • Actively work towards building a strong property management network
  • Reach out to prospective tenants & match their requirements against our current portfolio

Alongside the opportunity to shape the Business Development role within the business, these different types of lead generation and overall pipeline management provide a fantastic personal development opportunity as they require quite different approaches.

  • Must be able to be a self-starter with a fearless attitude
  • Ideal Candidates will be commercially minded with the ability to work to tight deadlines and the companies exacting standards

Qualifications Required

  • A*-C (9-4) in GCSE English and maths or equivalent 

Training Provided

  • The successful candidate will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification
