What will the apprentice be doing?
Through a series of rotational placements across the Business you will learn everything associated with being a Business Apprentice in MBDA. Through rotations in Facilities, Project Management, Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain departments you will get involved in a variety of projects and by the end of the progamme will have enough experience to know which area in MBDA you would like to continue your career in.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Our Business Degree scheme is a four-year programme and a fantastic opportunity for you to join an organisation that has developed some of the leading Business Apprentices in the UK. Business apprentices study towards a fully funded degree in Management and Business. This scheme provides day release at the University of Bolton.
You will also benefit from a range of training courses, from residential to face to face or online training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Through regular one to ones, development plans and the use of Mentors, you will have the opportunity to shape your career within the organisation. We have many senior members in the organisation that started life as an MBDA apprentice.
