What will the apprentice be doing?
You’ve decided you want to get out there and start building a long-term career. Learning what it’s like to have responsibility. That’s why JCB is for you. Here you’ll find a place where you can become a brilliant all-rounder, rotating through different specialisms, from Purchasing to Finance, Sales and Aftermarkets to HR and Marketing. All helping you gain lots of amazing experience so you can figure out what you’re best at and what you love doing the most.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
BA (Hons) degree in Business Leadership and Management.
Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
Study is usually on a day release basis.

Reality Check
We need you to have a minimum of 3 a Levels grade C or above. In addition to the above A-Levels you will also need to have the following: 4 GCSE’s at grade 5 or above. (For awards made before summer 2017 you will require minimum grade C or above) and must include Maths & EnglishSkills Required
