What will the apprentice be doing?
To undertake administrative duties to support the business needs of the Team and the wider service area using, where appropriate, computer based systems.
To provide support with financial matters including electronic procurement packages
To facilitate meetings, seminars and workshops
Diary management where appropriate
To be responsible for the accurate input and monitoring of records and data onto relevant systems
To respond and deal with queries via telephone, email and in person
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will recieve a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration.
The successful candidate will be able to attend any training courses that are related to their job role or apprenticeship.
The successful candidate may have to attend college once a week to complete functional skills.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There may be a full time position upon completion of the apprenticeship or there may be an opportunity to complete a higher level qualification.
