Job Description

TrueArk Healthcare is a healthcare provider & agency based in Ipswich. TrueArk provide staff to residential homes across Suffolk, as well as providing care for clients in the local community. It is a smaller business that is looking to grow and expand with it's new avenues, so will be looking for a new member of staff in the office.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprentices day to day duties would include: -

Contacting staff and clients via telephone/email to organise shifts & uploading them to the rota system.

Assisting In the recruitment process, including sitting in interviews & getting in touch with candidates.

Organising staff and client folders, whilst adhering to current GDPR standards.

Working in a team to balance and complete general office tasks.

Going on visits/assessments to new clients with a colleague.

For this role good listening skills and good telephone etiquette would be an advantage. You should be able to manage your workload and  be able to work alone as well as part of a team.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

 

Functional skills in Maths and English will be taken as part of the apprenticeship if exemptions are not held.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

For the right candidate you may be able to progress to the role of Senior Care Coordinator.

Reality Check

The role will be mostly consist of long periods of working on a computer & the telephone.
