We are looking for full-time Administration Apprentice to be part of a team of administrators who provide secretarial and administrative support to the Information Management and Technology Department as a Business Service Apprentice.

Responsibilities

We are looking for full-time Administration Apprentice to be part of a team of administrators who provide secretarial and administrative support to the Information Management and Technology Department as a Business Service Apprentice. 

This role would provide a unique opportunity to gain varied administration experience in a demanding yet stimulating and rewarding environment.

The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of administration activities such as:

  • Secretarial work
  • Procurement 
  • Answering enquires over the phone and email
  • General office administration
  • Suitable candidates will work with their own teams as well as a range of other teams in the department as a full time employee
  • The business support apprentice will assist and support with the administration and co-ordination of the business support team to help support the IM&T Department 
  • The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of administration activities such as financial spreadsheet processing, secretarial work, procurement and general office administration

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, well organised and a great communicator. The candidate must have passion and good professionalism in order to deal with a vast range of customers at all levels.
