We are looking for full-time Administration Apprentice to be part of a team of administrators who provide secretarial and administrative support to the Information Management and Technology Department as a Business Service Apprentice.
This role would provide a unique opportunity to gain varied administration experience in a demanding yet stimulating and rewarding environment.
The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of administration activities such as:
- Secretarial work
- Answering enquires over the phone and email
- General office administration
Suitable candidates will work with their own teams as well as a range of other teams in the department as a full-time employee. The business support apprentice will assist and support with the administration and co-ordination of the business support team to help support the IM&T Department.
The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of administration activities such as financial spreadsheet processing, secretarial work, procurement and general office administration.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, well organised and a great communicator. The candidate must have passion and good professionalism in order to deal with a vast range of customers at all levels.

- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Interest in Health and Social Care services
- Be willing to develop knowledge and skills
- Patience and resilience will be essential
Preferably GCSE English & maths Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) but not essential
- Business Admin Apprenticeship L2
- Functional Skills in English L1
- Functional Skills in maths L1
