Job Description

A great opportunity to both train and work as an Apprentice Business Administrator in a Stamford based accountancy firm. As well as developing the skills required for the position, you will also complete the Apprenticeship Standard which comprises Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours that must be demonstrated and achieved prior to the EPA.


  • Meet & Greet clients
  • Maintain communication with clients using the most appropriate channels
  • Create, plan, and run an ongoing social media marketing campaign for the business
  • Produce regular mailouts / updates to clients via email
  • Use of multiple IT packages and systems to write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record, and analyse data
  • Update databases, record information and produce data analysis where required
  • Calculate and produce billing, process invoices and purchase orders
  • Credit control
  • Data upload into the financial systems using our technology
  • Reception duties, receive, respond, and deal with incoming telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and queries, initiating responses
  • Health & Safety
  • Post, processing of internal and client post, including distribution and digital capture
  • Maintain documents, files, and records digitally, including maintenance of archiving
  • Completes tasks to a high standard and share administrative best-practise to line manager
