This programme is for those who are directly responsible for the delivery of customer service and focuses on enhancing your understanding and implementation of enhanced customer service strategies. These skills can be applied to a wide range of industry sectors and job roles and will equip you with the tools to effectively manage the systems and processes which have an impact on customers.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.
