Job Description

The apprentice will provide administration support to the product, commercial, sales, concierge, marketing and business operations team at various points during their programme. To be successful in this role, the apprentice will have a passion for learning about the holiday industry and an enthusiasm to provide excellent levels of customer service.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The role includes, but is not exhaustive to, the following responsibilities: • Provide general administration support to various functional areas across the business • Input new product/amended product details on the various IT platforms • Liaise with a variety of customers and suppliers via email or telephone to answer questions/resolve queries • Carry out sales/booking administration to include amendments, extras and cancellations • Gather and update client information to ensure booking requirements are adhered to • Support marketing/promotional/brand material through updating of product details on website and social media platforms • Additional tasks in line with business needs

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required) Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.  The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
