What will the apprentice be doing?
Responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers both over the telephone, via email and face to face.
Process payroll accurately and to company deadlines.
Providing a full administrative support to the branch.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will benefit from industry-leading training and career development with the opportunity to gain a NVQ qualification in Customer Service or Business Administration. You will do your training in our Eastbourne branch and benefit from virtual training sessions from our inhouse training team throughout your working week.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You will start by studying a Level 2 Customer Service qualification, upon completion you will have the opportunity to study towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. Apprentices that have completed their qualification have in some cases progressed into Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant roles.
