Job Description

We are looking for a full-time apprentice Export Sales Administrator to be based in Dodworth near Barnsley. The role is based within our export department which is an exciting and emerging department of our business.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Invoicing
  • Answering calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Inputting sales orders/quotes
  • Placing purchase orders
  • Keeping all records up to date
  • Warehouse assistance work (some heavy lifting involved)
  • Assisting the Export Manager on any ad-hoc tasks

The successful candidate will also be expected to develop good working relationships with customers and suppliers from different cultures and countries as well as with colleagues.

Future Prospects

  • Possible permanent position for the right candidate
