What will the apprentice be doing?
- Raising sales and purchase orders on our order management system - OMS
- Keeping clients and internal account managers updated throughout
Sending and checking artwork proofs – once approved by production manager - Efficient management of orders through to delivery
- Raising delivery notes and obtaining PODs (proof of delivery)
- Ordering samples
- Checking purchase invoices against OMS

Level 3 Business administrator
