What will the apprentice be doing?
We are currently seeking to appoint a personable and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our team, working across our Client Services department.
This is an opportunity for you to gain varied work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and to obtain a work-based qualification that will give you a head start to your career. Based in the Client Services and MIS teams you will receive full training and invaluable experience in Customer Service and Business Administration based positions.
This role will involve assisting with administration, building effective working relationships with staff and students, supporting with enrolments and student database systems and answering face to face, email and phone enquiries ensuring an excellent level of customer service. This Apprenticeship would suit someone who is enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to learning. You will be organised, approachable and analytically minded.

The ideal candidate must have GCSE Maths & English (or Level 2 equivalent) and a Level 3 Qualification.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Candidates will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship at John Ruskin College.
Training will also be delivered one day a week in the workplace (John Ruskin College).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship, candidates will be offered a full-time position within the team.
