Job Description

You will support and engage with different parts of the organisation, whilst completing an L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You will work independently or as part of a team to develop, implement, maintain, and improve our administrative services.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide administrative support e.g., general copying, filing, and archiving of documents as required to all areas of the organisation.  
  • Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner and provide refreshments when appropriate. 
  • To use computer systems effectively to collate, record information accurately, and produce documents as required by the work placement area (Microsoft 365) in accordance with procedures. 
  • Assisting with the organisation of fundraising/corporate events. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

At the end of the course, you will have your L3 Business admin qualification with experience throughout the organisation and their administration needs

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship gives you a solid grounding to kick-start an exciting Business Administration career within Oxford’s specialist children’s hospice.
