Your daily duties will include but not be limited to;
Managing travel arrangements and bookings
Meeting and conference administration including taking minutes, keeping action logs, preparing newsletters, and booking and scheduling rooms
Creating presentation documents using Microsoft applications
General office administration including procurement of stationary and other office related materials
Raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices and credits and support the annual finance reporting activities
Supporting our Project Team with Project-related administration and the control of project documentation
Understanding internal customer requirements and ensure that these are fully met
Overseeing security checks, HR & IT requirements for onboarding vendor personnel
Scheduling and coordinating training events
Coordinating annual data collection and benchmarking exercises

Starting base salary of £16,000 + 11% benefits fund + bonus!
Virtual Assessment Day, consisting of a number of activities including an interview

Future Prospects

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates will be able to apply for further positions.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and IT skills
The ability to create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others
The ability to work on multiple tasks, following and improving processes, whilst efficiently prioritising activities
Good organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail

Qualities Required

Enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn, with a genuine curiosity for the science involved in creating new medicines
Able to act independently but also to work and contribute in a team environment
A proactive approach to problem solving
