Job Description

To provide a high -quality administration and improve efficiency, within budgetary constraints, adhering to all relevant legislation and business principles of the organisation. To engage with clients, including the coordination of staff schedules as directed by the Registered Manager

Responsibilities


To upload data and maintain an excel database,
to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and process paperwork in line
with service and department procedures
To be responsible for dealing with the administration of daily
correspondence, including the drafting of letters, reports, service reports,
confidential notes
To update client information and maintain staff and client support schedules
To answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls as requested
To record information on the computer system and maximise the use of
available technology
To maintain the service database records
To keep the office filling systems up to date
To identify clients service needs on the rosters and book staff to complete
the work
To manage resources, order supplies and keep inventory
To perform finance processes and basic reconciliation
To support with quality assurance and management processes
To organize and coordinate meetings and events
To attend and minute staff meetings when requested
To provide efficient, comprehensive and confidential administrative support
service to Senior Managers
To maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service
To promote the company and its work in the community and in all areas
of its operation
To communicate clearly with other staff, peers, managers, clients, and all
other agencies and interested parties whilst maintaining the highest possible
standards of customer service
To perform any other duty commensurate with the post as requested

The weekly wage for this apprenticeship is - £175

Qualifications Required

GCSEs Math's and English or Level 2 Literacy and
Numeracy or willing to work towards this

Your full role
and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. The Employer will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in
your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of
your working day.
If successful,
you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme,
delivered through The Employer's dedicated training provider, Realise
