Job Description

Excellent opportunity with Cardea Healthcare as a Business Administration Apprentice. You will be supporting your colleagues & management, dealing with all incoming calls and enquiries and administration duties. If you are confident, organised and thrive in an office environment then this could be the apprenticeship for you.


Duties include:

  • Deal with internal and external post and emails on a day to day basis
  • Support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
  • Answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone
  • Provide appropriate on call cover as and when required the business
  • Support the control of appointments and retrieve records
  • Maintain filing systems in line with organisations policies and procedures
  • Manage the organisations social media pages
  • Undertake data input, data extraction, photocopying, faxing, filing and typing duties as required
  • Maybe required to attend Job Fairs 
  • May be required to learn & undertake recruitment activities where the business requires

  • English and maths A - C/9 - 4 or equivalent preferred 
  • Full knowledge of IT & Microsoft Applications would be advantageous

Training Provided

  • Business Administration Standards Level 3
  • This to be undertaken at the employers site
  • Functional Skills will be delivered if not already accredited to GCSE English and maths A - C/9 - 4 or equivalent
