Job Description

As a Business Administration Apprentice you will be supporting the administration of the Customer service and Finance functions of the business.


As a Business Administration Apprentice you will be supporting the administration of the Customer service and Finance functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Setting up new customer accounts via our ERP systems
  • Processing of sales order despatch notes
  • Arranging customer deliveries via our delivery logistics partners
  • Sending order acknowledgements to customers via email
  • Liaising with production for updates on customer orders and communicating status to customers
  • Keeping excel data sheets up to date with the relevant information
  • Managing the archiving of documents in the archive storage room 
  • General office duties including taking telephone messages, welcoming visitors, filing, photocopying, outgoing and incoming post
  • Completing customer questionnaires
  • Matching delivery notes to supplier purchase invoices
  • Enter purchase invoices in to the ERP system 
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Provide administration support to other business departments
  • Any other duties as required by the line manager and appropriate with the post
