Would you like a career in Business Administration? This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, keen apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team and train with us in our organisation.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Academy Business Manager. The successful applicant will work within an office environment. As our office apprentice, you will be involved in a wide variety of administration and customer service tasks. You will deal with queries, both in person and by telephone, and provide information and advice about the service.

Tasks may involve:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls, ensuring messages are forwarded on to relevant staff
  • Typing of letters
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Laminating
  • Updating notice boards
  • Emailing information and messages to staff
  • Complete stock ordering and check deliveries
  • Postal duties
  • IT duties using Microsoft package including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Reception Cover
  • Minute taking at meetings
