What will the apprentice be doing?

In this varied role as a Business Administration Apprentice in the Land Services team, your will be to provide administrative support to a dynamic and professional team of Land Consultants with the delivery of detailed, high quality land ownership information to our clients for a broad range of high profile infrastructure projects, whilst also studying towards an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be enrolled with Guildford College to study an apprenticeship and gain a Level 3 BTEC qualification as a Business Administrator. You will also be enrolled onto a bespoke internal development scheme to support you to attain the knowledge, skills and behaviour to achieve your apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

As this is a permanent position, after gaining your degree, WSP will continue to be committed to your learning and development throughout your career with us.
