Job Description

Supporting the customer experience, after the point of sale, through to sign up of the apprentice. Implementing the administrative processes to ensure that every customer journey is a success.

Responsibilities

Supporting the customer experience, after the point of sale, through to sign up of the apprentice. Implementing the administrative processes to ensure that every customer journey is a success.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support in adding employers onto Bud, and maintain and update employer paperwork
  • Assisting in sending over candidates and applications, and organising interviews
  • Assist in setting up DAS accounts
  • Assist in managing levy connections and update levy transfer paperwork
  • Coordinate sign updates with learners, tutors, and employers
  • Assist in the management of the copper pipeline
  • Support in maintaining the relationship between the client and SCCU
  • Liaise with Business Development Manager/ Advisor in order to fully understand the client relationship
  • Where appropriate, manage inbound enquiries and redistribute to the relevant Business Development team member
  • Liaise and co-operate with other staff members on matters of common interest
  • Monitor performance against target for Key Performance Indicators
  • Take an appropriate role in maintaining and improving the SCCU environment
  • Participate in appropriate staff development activities
  • Actively promote the policies of SCCU with regard to equal opportunities
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably falling within the purview of the post

General Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the promotion and effective implementation of SCCU’s Equality and Diversity Policies
  • To contribute to establishing and maintaining effective systems for communicating and consulting with clients
  • To ensure SCCU meets its performance targets
  • To prepare and present effective and appropriate reports on complex and diverse issues to the Senior Management Team to aid decision making and performance monitoring
