What will the apprentice be doing?
So what is it? Well, it’s a real job, for you to join our Buying Operations Team who support our Buying and Merchandising teams. You will support with sample coordination, running reports, helping our Buyers with their strategy meetings, and providing general administration support to the team.
You'll be working with friendly, passionate people. You will be allocated a Buying Operations buddy will show you the ropes, plus you'll have a supervisor who will support you on your journey.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Our apprenticeship programme will help to build your confidence and develop skills to support your future career. The qualification takes 18 months to complete, after which you can apply to continue onto our Level 4 Buying and Merchandising Apprenticeship or explore other opportunities within TJX Europe.

As a local employer with our offices based in Watford for over 20 years, we are keen to offer this opportunity to talent from our hometown and surrounding areas. You will also need to travel to the Fashion Retail Academy in Central London twice a month. Start Date – May 2021Skills Required
