What will the apprentice be doing?
We have vacancies right across the business, from Commercial Lending, Operations to Customer Service. When you join us you will learning how to fulfil a number of duties from:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers.
Data entry and inpuitting of case information.
Developing relationships with other departments in order to reduce the risk of delays.
Be clear and consistent in communication with brokers in order to build and maintain positive working relationships.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As well as working towards an Advanced level qualification in Business Administration there are lots of additional learning and development opportunities to support you in your role, from workshops that will help you with communication through to technical workshops like excel.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is a permanent vacancy with excellent career development opportunities and study support. Prior apprentices have gone onto forge careers in Sales, Finance, Project Management, Legal, Collections, Underwriting and Commercial Lending.
