Duties will include:
- Assist the sales team in their daily tasks
- Responding the customer queries by phone/email.
- Day to day filing
Complete admin related tasks such as:
- Creating and updating databases
- Carrying out data analysis
- Completing and updating relevant documentation
Dependant upon performance.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Good teamworking attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks
GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
