Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

We have a number of Business Administration Apprenticeships available in teams around the Council. In this type of role you will be performing a variety of duties, for example answering telephone calls and responding to customer queries, responding to letters and email correspondence, organising meetings, inputting data to spreadsheets and databases and undertaking other business related processes.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will study towards the level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and will be practising the skills learned in your day to day job.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of your apprenticeship you will be supported to further your career.
