Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice

The Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be part of our friendly and lively team in a thriving construction recruitment company based in Rotherham. You will match the right candidates to the right roles, carry out compliance checks and various administration duties.

Duties will include:

  • Assist the recruitment and selection process by effectively liaising with prospective candidates
  • Carry out candidate pre employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and current legislation recording relevant supporting documents on the company system
  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the CRM database
  • Answering incoming calls and be the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities and leads progressing all relevant information to the sales team
  • Flexibility to carry out additional administration duties as requested

Skills Required:

  • 5 GCSE's A-C (or Grade 4 or above) to include English and Maths
  • Good written and verbal skills

The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Working Hours and Wage:

30 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
£176.75 per week
£5.05 per hour
