This vacancy will require the Apprentice to work across the board within the administration department dealing with:
- Client accounts
- Client data
- Processing payments
- Updating claims information
- Managing client accounts
- Taking calls etc
Day to day contact will be the office manager and Directors of the business. Our office manager is a previous Apprentice who understands the process as what is required, as she completed her Apprenticeship through PRC and will always be at hand to help new Apprentices.
Future growth for apprentice is key to our business as we look to offer a career within the insurance industry. We currently have 2 senior members of staff who have developed their career through PRC Apprenticeship schemes so the proof is in the pudding.
We invest a lot of time, and money into the growth of our staff. We have a very relaxed environment and staff are all allocated they’re own desk space, Mon – Fri only working days, no weekends, no bank holiday (still paid) and every year they will have additional paid holidays added to the holiday allowance.
Bonuses are paid at end of every year based on the business performance and other perks such as team building sessions which our last one was held in Barcelona, all expenses paid. We do look to offer full time employment at the end of the Apprenticeship based on 12 months performance. In some cases after 6 months we do review the pay and in most cases increase.

Basic GCSE’s or equivalent. Will consider anything between 9-4/A* - D
- Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration Level 2
- Functional Skills in maths Level 1
- Functional Skills in English Level 1
- Functional Skills in ICT Level 1
