Job Description

To assist the CEO and CFO with a variety of administrative tasks (we are fully remote working) including event management, internal communications and setting up new joiners. The role can be home based or in our office or flexible. Enthusiasm, attention to detail and a can-do attitude are critical for the role.


As part of this Apprenticeship you will be enrolled on to the Level 3 Business admin advanced training programme,

You will be supported by your employer and by your training provider whereby you will be given a dedicated Skills Tutor who will visit you on a 4 - 6 weekly basis and deliver a bespoke teaching and learning session as well as coach and give feedback also support you with your evidence collation.

The programme will last around 15-18 months and at the end you will complete an end point assessment.

As a rapidly growing business (Deloitte Fast 50 Tech company) we need a right-hand person to assist with communication to our people, organising events and meetings, setting up new joiners, ordering equipment and being the go-to person for internal queries and assisting the CEO and CFO. We have moved to fully remote working, so managing business functions and communication is critical to our future success. We need someone who is enthusiastic, with a high level of attention to detail, great written and spoken English who can turn their hands to a variety of tasks and is super organised.

Your daily duties are as follows

  • Administrative tasks
  • Help with ordering equipment,
  • Organising events
  • Setting up new recruits

Future Prospects

We are a rapidly growing company. There is the potential to increase the role to that of an Executive Assistant, or move into another department, such as Operations, Sales or Finance depending on where the interests lie. Qualifications Required

GCSE English and maths - grade C/4 or above.
