Job Description

The role will work alongside and support the Business Support Team in an administrative role whilst at the same time working towards an agreed Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard with Functional Skills.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

The role will work alongside and support the business support team in an administrative role whilst at the same time working towards an agreed business administration apprenticeship standard with Functional Skills as required. There will be full support given to train and progress within the industry.

You will be expected to be involved in day-to-day office tasks such as:

  • General office admin
  • Filing
  • Copying/scanning
  • Answering calls
  • Dealing with clients
  • Input of data
  • Sorting the post
  • Liaising with internal teams in an office environment
  • Creating window cards
  • Profiling potential clients

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administrator standard 
  • Functional Skills if required
  • Completed at apprentice’s workplace 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full-time role as a lettings negotiator or administrator available upon completion of apprenticeship.
