Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Team administration. Administrative support, including complex meeting scheduling, international travel co-ordination and ad-hoc admin duties.
- Procurement. Vendor liaison, purchase order processing, inventory tracking, input and analysis of data.
- Finance and expenses. Reconciliation of corporate credit cards and expense claims, making payments.
- Recruitment administration.
- Front of House support.
- Events planning and co-ordination.
- Ad-hoc project work as identified.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will be studying towards a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. The training will be led remotely via MS Teams and online learning materials, alongside regular contact with an assigned tutor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment.
