Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will be office based. Tasks will include but not limited to,
- Scanning/filing (paperless filing system)
- Emails
- Creation of quotes
- Liaising with the teams across the business
- Answering the telephone and the door to visitors
- Placing stationery orders
- Use of MS Outlook email/word/excel and bespoke management systems.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full training will be given by SSI in all aspects of Business Administration and Smart Training will provide a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration at Level 3.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of the Apprenticeship there would be the possibility of a full -time position depending on the skills and attributes displayed. SSI is a company that prides itself in the progression of its staff and have examples where an Employee has started as an Apprentice.
