What will the apprentice be doing?
- To assist the Central Support Services (CSS) and Customer Response teams through administrative tasks, working with all departments to support our overall operation and provide the best possible services to our customers.
- Developing a variety of skills in relation to the tasks
- Ensuring maximum productivity, completing tasks effectively and efficiently
- Consistently developing & demonstrating an understanding of Health & Safety requirements, other relevant legislation and Codes of Practice
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There will be an opportunity to rotate around various administrative teams including Material and Contracts (Supplier Management), Performance and Support, and Scheduling.
