Job Description

Based at Worcester, the successful candidate will report to the General Manager and will assist in the day to day administration duties across Operations and Finance departments.


Duties will include:  

  • Ensuring documents capture system in up to date
  • Timely filling of documents
  • Obtaining facilities quotes and arranging work
  • Answering incoming calls and field to relevant departments
  • Proactively assist in the smooth running of the office
  • Data entry for finance department
  • Assisting with credit control processes
  • General administration duties, as required
  • Assisting and collaborating with all departments, as required

Qualifications Required

The ideal applicant will be undertaking a Business Administration Apprenticeship and will possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent including maths and English
  • Experience in MS Office would be desirable
  • Ability to work within a team 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written, telephone and face-to-face
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
