Job Description

Are you a dedicated individual? A self-starter with great attention to detail? Remit Group is looking for a talented individual on behalf of Renault trucks UK to join their dynamic team.


Working as part of an effective team, the post holder will be working in a modern Head Office and will be providing support to the Renault Trucks Competence Development team. This exciting role will enable the candidate to provide vital support to our dealers and customers and will be involved in all aspects of administration for the training courses we offer.

Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Providing information on available courses, coordinating booking lists and notifications
  • Assisting with the production of training materials for in-house courses
  • Arranging training room bookings as required
  • Sending out joining instructions in a timely manner
  • Booking delegates onto the in-house visitor booking system
  • Maintaining training records on our in-house system
  • Liaising with and booking external trainers, when required
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Raising purchase orders for external purchases and suppliers
  • Be a vital point of contact, dealing with phone calls and correspondence
  • Create reports, reminders and general correspondence
  • Deal with staff and customers alike face-to-face, via email and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
  • Providing support and guidance to Navigator learning platform users, ensuring that learning management systems are effectively managed and up-to-date
  • Assisting in the creation and updating of the CD section of the Renault dealer portal ensuring that all information is kept up-to-date, working with the other team members to ensure accuracy of information
  • Working in accordance with Volvo Group UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care
  • Attending team meetings and contribute ideas
  • Assisting with other duties and departments as and when required
  • Assisting with company events and staff events (which may include some travel and occasional overnight stays)
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times, in line with GDPR

As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3.

Qualifications Required

GCSE or equivalent in English & maths at Grade 9-4/A*-C or equivalent is preferred.

Training Provided

The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3.

On successful completion, you will receive:

  • Level 3 in Business Administrator Standard
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English & maths (if required)
