Responsibilities
To provide administration support to the wider GMS function supporting each department with specific departmental admin support.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following:
- Administration support for sales, commercial, design, estimating and operations departments
- Record keeping, storing of files, contract and document control & reconciliation
- Diary management
- First point of contact for some clients via telephone – customer service skills and telephone confidence required
- Support purchase order raising
- Creating files for new projects
- Tracking holidays, expenses and any additional ad hoc requirements
- Assist in collating audit information and working with other departments to ask for required information
- Update excel files such as training matrixes, and logging of hours vs Jobs
- Attend meetings and take minutes/notes
- Any other ad hoc additional administration task requested by divisional director
- Reception cover on occasions

Qualities Required
- Willing to complete a L3 Apprenticeship
Qualifications Required
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent above 4/C.
Training Provided
Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, NVQ Level Two and Functional Skills in Mathematics and English are available if required.
