Job Description

Qcom Outsourcing Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for a business administration apprentice to join their busy team. Reporting directly to the Customer Centre Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of this busy office. Working across various departments to give you a fully rounded experience of office administration.

Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Receiving incoming phone calls
  • Making phone calls
  • Supporting the operations team
  • Receiving emails
  • Sending emails to companies and public
  • Receiving of confidential documents and filling them under the GDPR regulations
  • General filing and archiving duties
  • Data inputting
  • Reception duties to include monitoring the company diary, preparing ahead of the appointment; meeting room support
  • Support the Sales team in administrative duties
  • Provide Marketing support, assisting with all company Mailshots and marketing requirement
  • Support the Service Team in administrative duties
  • Update and maintain CRM Systems
  • Assist and provide additional telephone support where required for the Sales and Service Team. Taking enquiries and call filtering where required

  • Work as part of a team but also be self-motivated to undertake individual projects
  • Communicate effectively with members of the team and others throughout the business

Future Prospects

Following the successful completion of the apprenticeship with your employer and HoW College there is a potential for further training to be provided as well as a full time position within the company following successful performance reviews.

Please note that there is a day release element to this apprenticeship into HoW College during term time. Please ensure that you are able to get the to the employer on a daily basis before applying for this role. The public transport is limited to the location so please check this prior to applying.
