The right candidate will be conscientious, take pride in their performance and the success of the team and organisation. They will show strong initiative in problem solving. This position reports to the Sales Manager UK.

Main duties:

  • Growing our customer base, increasing sales and value to our customers
  • Using initiative to find and develop leads
  • Answering incoming calls from existing customers
  • Dealing with customers by phone to provide information on all the products we sell
  • Providing quotations and processing payments
  • Dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Being part of a fast-paced and energetic sales team
  • Updating and maintaining your customer accounts on our CRM system
  • Solving customer queries and problems
  • General office administration support to the sales team

Interview:

We will be interviewing candidates who meet the criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date.

Reality check:

You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst awaiting your first wages to be paid.

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/8-4 is required in either English or maths, with a minimum of Grade E/2 in the other subject

Training Provided

Business Administrator advanced standard. 

On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the apprenticeship standard.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training and Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
