This is a fantastic opportunity to start your administration career with Interbacs LTD. The purpose of the role is to assist the payment processing team and eventually become a BACS qualified payment processor with a good understanding of the finance sector.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Word processing
  • Copy typing
  • Composing correspondence
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining filling systems
  • Assist the accounts department whenever required, this will mainly be menial administration tasks

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and maths.

Training Provided

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
